Precision Frankfort Concrete provides concrete contracting services in Frankfort, IN and the surrounding area. Services include but are not limited to concrete driveways, patios, sidewalks, foundations, retaining walls, floors, pool decks, steps, and related concrete work.

This website is for informational purposes only. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding contract or guarantee of service availability, pricing, or scheduling. All service agreements are governed by a separate written contract between you and Precision Frankfort Concrete.

3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided by Precision Frankfort Concrete, whether verbal, written, or submitted through this website, are preliminary and non-binding until confirmed in a signed written contract. Estimates are based on information available at the time of the site visit and may change if site conditions, project scope, or material costs change before work begins.

Final pricing is established in the written contract signed by both parties. Any changes to the scope of work after a contract is signed must be agreed to in writing through a change order before additional work proceeds.

4. Scheduling and Cancellation

Project scheduling is subject to availability, weather conditions, and material lead times. Precision Frankfort Concrete will make reasonable efforts to begin and complete work within the agreed timeframe, but we are not liable for delays caused by weather, supply shortages, permit delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation terms, including any applicable fees or deposit forfeiture conditions, will be specified in your written contract. Deposits paid to secure scheduling may be non-refundable depending on the timing of the cancellation and materials already ordered.

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service for any lawful reason, including unsafe site conditions, non-payment, or project requirements outside our scope of work.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in your written contract. Generally, a deposit is required to secure your scheduled start date, with the remaining balance due upon completion or as outlined in the contract.

If payment is not received by the due date specified in the contract,Precision Frankfort Concrete reserves the right to suspend or terminate work until payment is made. We also reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies for unpaid balances, including but not limited to placing a mechanic's lien on the property where permitted by Indiana law.

Returned checks may be subject to a returned check fee as permitted by law.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

Precision Frankfort Concrete warrants that all work will be performed in a workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. Any specific warranty terms will be set out in your written contract.

Concrete is a natural material subject to normal variation in color, texture, and minor surface cracking. These characteristics are inherent to the material and are not defects. Warranty claims do not cover damage caused by improper use, deicing chemicals, heavy vehicle loads beyond the designed capacity, tree root intrusion, acts of nature, or failure by the customer to follow care and maintenance instructions.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN YOUR WRITTEN CONTRACT, ALL SERVICES AND MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Precision Frankfort Concrete shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to a service contract shall not exceed the amount you paid under that specific contract. Nothing in these terms limits liability for personal injury, gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Indiana law.

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising out of these terms or our services, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation does not resolve the dispute within 30 days of written notice, either party may pursue mediation or, if necessary, litigation in a court of competent jurisdiction.

You agree that any legal action arising out of these terms or our services must be brought in a state or federal court located in Clinton County, Indiana. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Indiana.

10. Website Use
